The project contemplates the following layout: a kitchen, a dining room, two bathrooms on different floors, a private study and two bedrooms on the ground floor, a boiler room, a hall, two children's bedrooms, a dressing room. The house has stove heating - there is a modern Russian stove. There is a separate boiler room to heat the house in the out-of-doors. Plumbing and electricity are installed. The house has wooden double windows. In short, there is absolutely everything for a comfortable and cosy life outside the city!

LOG HOUSE

Custom-built two-storey house, 260 sq. m.

The standard project comprises a rest room, a dressing room, a furnace (separately fenced in the rest room), a washroom and a steam room. We are ready to carry out the custom-tailored construction of a bath-house, which may even include a pool and a separate water-closet. The bath-house is supplied with running water, electricity and heated floors. The "warm seam" technology which excludes drafts is also used.

LOG BATH-HOUSE

Total area - 42 sq. m. Bath-house size – 6 m x 7 m.

The closed garage for 2-3 pairs of gates, the entrance is on the flank, there is a workshop and a room for small vehicles (for example, snowmobiles, ATVs), for which there is a separate small drive on the other side of the garage. A garage project may include a cellar, which increases the functionality of the building. Boxes for cars are designed separately. A covered beautiful parking lot can become a "cherry on top" of the garage.

Typical dimensions:
for 2 boxes – no less than 9 m in width and 11 m in length
(7 m – box length + additional rooms).

Kennels can be made of logs, dimensions are 1.2 m x 1.6 m
or 1.5 m x 2 m. The floors can be insulated, and ceilings are not insulated to allow ventilation.
The kennels have a curb roof, the warm seam is coated with sealant. In such cosy "houses" your pets will be warm in winter and cool in summer.
It is also possible to make a spacious enclosure for your pet.

Kennel for dogs

A grill house can be an excellent substitute for a summer house. The function of a summer house is most often performed by a terrace attached to a house or bath house. A grill house is essentially an improved version of a closed summer house. You can cook delicious meat for a family dinner or a party in it.

GRILL AND BBQ HOUSE

If you need to arrange a place for storing firewood, a barn and a woodshed are an excellent solution. This is usually one building, which is divided into two parts. You can also design other buildings: a dog enclosure, a log well, greenhouses on the site or a boiler room.

HOUSEHOLD OUTBUILDINGS

Construction:

1. We make the foundation, starting with site grading, marking, earth excavation, formwork construction, reinforcement and concrete pouring, refinement.

2. We bring the selected timber to the operation facilities, where the logs are prepared in a manual way (hams and planing) to preserve the protective layer of the timber. After that the timber is chopped off (it is made much more round using a block plane and adjust logs to the selected diameter). Then the prepared timber is provided to the log construction, where professional chippermen set the logs by a level, outline the logs to avoid cracks and gaps, after which the logs are adjusted by sawing and installed into the finished log house in its place. After the project construction of the log house is completed, it is impregnated with a colourless safe special impregnant to preserve the wood, after which the logs are marked for further disassembly and transportation to the assembly site.

3. Installation at the customer's site on a ready-made foundation with a joint of floor, interfloor and ceiling beams.

4. Roof manufacturing includes raftering, lathing and covering at the request of the customer with metal tiles, soft roofing, etc.
